The following information is designed to be helpful and provides an explanation of some of the frequently asked questions.

Warranty

All goods supplied by My Cartridge are warranted against defect for a period of 60 days from date of shipment. If you are dissatisfied with any product supplied by My Cartridge you should, in the first instance, contact My Cartridge by any of the methods detailed under the Contact Us heading on our home page, detailing the reason for dissatisfaction. My Cartridge will issue a returns number and arrange the best method of collection and then either issue a replacement or full refund. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.

Damage in Transit

If the goods are damaged in transit then please contact My Cartridge by any of the methods detailed under the Contact Us heading on our home page for immediate replacement. Please bear in mind that soft packaging often becomes damaged in transit due to the method of delivery but in most cases the item enclosed remains in good condition and fit for purpose. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.

Incorrect Items

If the goods supplied are not as ordered then please contact My Cartridge by any of the methods detailed under the Contact Us heading on our home page for immediate replacement. To arrange replacement My Cartridge will issue a returns number and collect the incorrect items. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.

Despatch

In most cases your order will be despatched on the same day provided it is received before 2:30 PM.

Delivery

In most cases delivery will be via first class post and you should allow two to three days for delivery.

A next business day courier service is available via the check out if required. Please note that the next business day courier service will only deliver items Monday to Friday.

Complaints

We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that you have cause for complaint with any aspect of our service then please contact My Cartridge in writing via the email option detailed under the Contact Us heading on our home page. Please provide as much information as possible as to the reason for your dissatisfaction and mark your email for the attention of the Managing Director. We will normally respond within two days of receipt.
