Ordering from the Site
To order items from the site simply click on the manufacturer of your printer from the left hand tool bar. You will be presented with three options depending on whether you are ordering an inkjet cartridge, a mono laser cartridge (for a black and white printer) or a colour laser cartridge. Having confirmed your choice you will be offered a range of printers to match the one you have and will be offered a range of cartridges that fit the machine you have. The range of cartridges that you are offered will be either compatible versions, original cartridges or both. Simply make your selection and proceed to the check-out. If you know the part number of the cartridge that you are looking for you can type this via the search facility and select from the options to find your cartridge. Ordering by Post
You can select and order your cartridges by post. Simply follow the steps above and click on the post option on the checkout page.
Ordering by Telephone
If you would prefer to order by telephone please call us direct on 01635 587064 and ask for Sales.
Payment & Security
You can order by credit card securely on our web site. We use a Thawte SSL Certificate to provide secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Thawte has checked and verified our company registration documents and our site's registered domain name. You can check our site’s validity yourself by clicking on the Thawte seal on the home page.
To process your credit card transaction we use Protx, a secure online credit and debit card payment system. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
However, if you prefer, you can also post us a cheque for your order. Your cheque should be made payable to Reclaim-it Limited and posted to the address details on the contact page.
